Kaeli likes to think she can handle herself, but when shit goes down, she freaks out. A little naïve at times, Kaeli has a hard time interpreting emotions that come from others. Usually, she takes things the wrong way. Kaeli also easily gives in to her friends, Jade and ... Aaron, if you could call Aaron her friend. Even so, they are the only real people she is close to.

Havok acts like he's cool around others, but when around his friend, Makon, he's totally laid back and even a bit silly. Other than Makon, he likes to keep to himself. He hates the fact that he is a demon half-breed, but has learned to cope with it. Because of his demon/human cross, he has many qualities of both.

Makon is a goof-off. He is the exact opposite of someone you’d think would be friends with Havok. He makes inappropriate comments and is very nonchalant about things. Even when trying to be serious, he has a hard time keeping himself under control. The only true time we see him not being goofy, is when Havok and him are in a fight with a demon.

Aaron is a little pushy. He often finds himself... ordering Kaeli around and comes off as a jerk. But, he seems to be hiding something. He shows concern for Kaeli’s well being when she has her guard down. He’s suspicious of the person Kaeli keeps meeting (Havok) and think she needs to stay away from him. He acts very sketchy much of the time.

Jade acts before she thinks. Most of the time, it’s usually not in the other person’s best interest, but she means well. She is Kaeli's best friend and, even though she is buddies with Aaron, she would rather spend time with Kaeli. She really wants Aaron and Kaeli to be better friends so she often plans for them to do things together, even if Kaeli objects to the idea...

Bailey runs a bookstore that Havok and Makon visit throughout the story... He's a minor character... but still v. important. He's Irish too, thus he has the accent. Soo, he is v. awesome! XD
