QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
Answering some things that I have been asked over the course of doing this thing called a comic.If you are looking for more spoiler-y questions, they are located here.
Q. What supplies do you use to draw CP?
A. 8.5x11 printer paper, inking (more info after this list), and photoshop
7 for coloring and backgrounds. All pages done up to Act Five page six were inked
using Zig Millennium pens. Every page afterward were inked using india ink and nibs,
or as I now call, it the best way to ink. I'm in love with india ink now. *flails*
ETA: I also started using Sakura Microns to ink larger images in panels.
Q. Who is your favorite CP character?
A. I have to choose?! You sick bastards! Well.. uhh... I guess I'd have to say
Havok. Cause he's a jerk. AND we all love our jerks. ;) Plus, he's badass.
Badasses are allowed to be jerks. I think it's a rule...
Seriously though. Havok has many level to him that will come out over time. ^0^
Q. Which CP character do you think you are most like?
A. Makon, hands down. Most of the time, I'm a complete idiot. LOL! I find
writing Makon's character much easier than the others cause he's completely goofy.
Also, the chicks dig me. Werd. ;p
Q. Do you accept fanart?
A. Anybody who says 'no' to this question is a pompus ass. Yes! Please! I love fanart!
Q. Can I use your art to make icons? A. Sure! All I ask is that you link to my site. And if you use the icons to link my site in the comment or keyword section. Oh! And link me to them! I wanna see what they look like! :D
Q. Where did these characters come from?
A. The deep dark casm that is my mind. It started out with me going: "*whine* I want
a demon-y character" (because all my friends had one). And then I randomly drew Havok one day,
and no, I don't plan on showing the art anytime soon. The level I was at in 2001 scares me
now when I look at it. *cough* He was originally ment to be a child. And then within the
course of a couple of pages, he became a guy. Then I went: "He needs a half-demon friend just
like him... who is a RAT!" *idiot*.
Also, Kaeli's original hairstyle scares me... And her name wasn't originally Kaeli... o_0; Jade and
Aaron appeared sometime in this growing world in my mind. But, they both play parts that are
important to the story as well.
Q. Where did this story come from?
A. I honestly couldn't tell you that. It wrote itself? Eh?? Havok appeared to me at night
and said "Hey, write me a story or I'll murder you." "Bullshit," I called. "Damn," he
mummbled. "How about I give you twenty buck if you do?" And so I wrote...
And yes, that bastard still owes me twenty bucks.
In all seriousness, it all started with the characters that I began giving them relationships with each other. Over time, I began adding more characters and adding more to the story in my head. And one day, I decided to sit down and write it all out. And this is the story that I am still writing today. I have set events that will happen and getting to those events is half the fun. Heh.
Q. How long is this story going to be? A. Quite.
Q. Could you be more specific? A. A couple of years, easy. Under 40 acts. If I end up writing over that, I might have to hurt myself. I'm such a masochist!
Q. You actually have an edior? A. If by editor you mean, she reads the scripts for each act and tell me "This part sucks. I don't understand it. Why is Makon wearing a beenie with a twirly thing on the top?", then yes, she is my editor. She doesn't see the comic pages themselves before anybody else, unless she stops by my place randomly and catches me working. *grin*
Q. When are Havok and Kaeli going to get together?!
A. I want to know the same thing! *glares at them both*

Q. Would you ever publish this?
A. I don't think I would. I mean, as much as I would LOVE to get paid to draw this comic, it
would mean that I couldn't post it online anymore. Thus, not free. Just knowning that people like it
enough to come back every week to read it, is good enough for me. :)
Q. Where are you going with this? A. Dood, your guess is as good as mine... Asshole. XP
