I'm looking for about one or two people who would be willing to siter site with me. I'd prefer your site not be a Duo shrine because when it comes to fan shrines, we are all running against each other here. We are fighting to be the best out there. So, you site must be about something else. Another character, hell even another anime. If you are interested, here are some standards that I have.

1. A nice layout. In other words, you need to know your HTML. You need to have created a layout. Throwing some things on a page is not considered a thought out layout.
2. A button. A button size 88x31 so that it will fit in this layout.
